English as a Second Language for Childcare Careers
Childcare English is a great opportunity to improve your English language skills and explore a relevant career path. This intensive 8-week course focuses on the vocabulary, conversations, and writing skills needed to be a successful child care provider. This course meets more often then our standard courses and lasts for only 8 weeks. Limited spots are available.

A teacher will call you after registration to discuss the schedule and ensure you have the online tools necessary to take the classes. Students should refer to the Guide to start classes to get the technology ready to attend classes.

- Qualify for CNM's Childcare Degree Program (a navigator will assist with CNM enrollment)

- does not have a full-time job; or
- faces barriers to employment opportunities due to a lack of proficiency in English.
