Catholic Charities is a non-profit, Department of Justice recognized, provider of low-cost immigration services in Santa Fe. The Center for Immigration and Citizenship Legal Assistance (CICLA), within Catholic Charities, offers immigration representation in family-based immigration matters, including consular processing & adjustments of status, Deferred Action for Early Childhood Arrivals (DACA), permanent residence renewal, and naturalization.
One of the primary goals of the Center is to preserve and maintain family unity by assisting eligible individuals to petition for family members so that they may legally immigrate to the United States. Through its staff and Department of Justice accredited representatives, Catholic Charities offers qualified legal services to individuals generally at about 1/3 the cost of private attorneys.

Catholic Charities has offices in the city of Santa Fe, due to the high number of cases we are not fully open, we are only working by appointment. If you want to make a consultation or set up an appointment with our lawyers related to immigration cases, please call 505 424 9789. If you are already in person at our office, please call as soon as possible and we will be attending you or we will schedule an appointment for you at your erliest convenience. You can also contact one of our representatives via Google Chat. Remember, at the Santa Fe office, we only take immigration cases and not other legal cases. All legal cases are heald at our main office in Albuquerque. From Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
