Catholic Charities has two job openings for the position of a Case Manager in the Center for Self Sufficiency and Housing Assistance.
We are seeking two dedicated Housing Case Managers with a strong passion for serving homeless communities. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, providing crucial support in navigating applications for assistance to achieve and maintain stable housing. The goal is to empower participants to become self-sufficient and successfully exit homelessness.
Key Responsibilities: Engage regularly and consistently with housing participants to deliver comprehensive wraparound services. Apply principles of Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care in all interactions. Maintain accurate records and case notes using HMIS (Homeless Management Information System). Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, to manage and track participant progress.
BA/BS in Social, Behavioral, or Health Sciences and/or relevant experience in related field OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; one year minimum of experience working directly with homeless populations. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HMIS. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish and multicultural experience is preferred.
Pay range starts at $23.75 per hour/$49,400 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, and PTO benefits and 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (depending on availability).
