DACA and Green Card renewals, Naturalization and Certificates of Citizenship, Adjustment of Status, Removal of Conditions, Consular Processin, Family Petitions. We also offer services for individuals with refugee status.
2. What services are NOT offered?
Asylum, TPS from countries other than Venezuela, work-based immigration benefits, NEW* U-visa and VAWA benefits, deportations, court appearances

3. How do I make an appointment?

4. How much will it cost me to apply for an immigration benefit?
The initial consultation costs $50. Once you become a client of Catholic Charities, your Legal Representative will explain to you the government fees as well as Catholic Charities’ fees for the process you are seeking.
5. I am a current client and have a question about my case – who do I contact?
You should contact your Legal Representative directly if you are already a client.
6. I was a past client and I want a copy of my case file – who do I contact?
You can contact us at 505-539-0274. Please note: there is a fee for getting a copy of your file.
7. I am a current client of the Immigration Center. How can I access other services that Catholic Charities offers?
Please visit our website to see the other services Catholic Charities offers. Some of the other Centers include Refugee Support, Housing and Self-Sufficiency, and Adult Education among others.
8. I don't speak English. Will an interpreter be provided to me?
Yes! All Immigration staff are bilingual in English and Spanish. We also have interpretation access for all other languages. Our intake form is available in English and Spanish.
9. If the intake form is paused, what should I do?
Sometimes, we pause our intake of new clients due to high volume. Please check back periodically to see when we reopen.
