July 24, 2020 The City of Albuquerque has added more money to their Eviction Prevention Program for renters. Click here for more information. There are four sites in ABQ they can apply. If income loss is due to COVID, they may be eligible for 3 months of assistance, up to $3,000 max.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) , and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are working together to help homeowners and renters during the coronavirus pandemic.

How to use your Economic Impact Payment prepaid debit card without paying a fee
The City has placed portable restrooms throughout the City during this public health crisis. Currently, each restroom has hand sanitizer. We are working on securing handwashing stations (all local vendors are out of handwashing stations). Current locations are:
