LOOK: Lasting concepts and images staff have taken away from the anti-racism training.

LEARN & LISTEN: Louis Armstrong was a jazz trumpeter, bandleader and singer. Nicknamed "Satchmo," "Pops" and, later, "Ambassador Satch," was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. An all-star virtuoso, he came to prominence in the 1920s, influencing countless musicians with both his daring trumpet style and unique vocals. Learn about him through this video biography:

Take a moment to listen to Armstrong’s renowned song, “What a Wonderful World” to hear his music and see the world’s beauty through his lens. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21LGv8Cf0u

LIVE IT: Consider joining a dialogue with Deacon Arthur Miller for part one of the Open Wide Our Hearts series addressing the question, “What Is Racism?” A flyer is attached here for you. This event is available on your own time, November 30th, 6:00-7:30pm, with pre-registration required here: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJIkd-isqjIiHNBde58IWfmUTlv96xxMwoTm
