IMMIGRATION SUPPORT
OUR SERVICE PHILOSOPHY
At Catholic Charities, we are committed to providing professional, trustworthy, and community-focused legal services that are affordable and accessible to under-served immigrant families.
We strive to empower our clients through compassionate advocacy and transparent communication, ensuring they feel supported as they navigate complex legal systems. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where immigrant families can access the resources they need to build a secure and successful future.
The Immigration Legal
Services we offer are:
Adjustment of Status and Green Card Renewals
Adjustment of Status is a process that allows eligible individuals already in the U.S. to apply for lawful permanent residency (green card) without leaving the country. It is a key pathway for family, employment, or humanitarian-based immigration. For those who are already lawful permanent residents, green card renewals are required to maintain a valid document as proof of residency. Renewals are essential for uninterrupted access to employment, travel, and benefits, and should be done in a timely manner to avoid disruptions.
Naturalization and Certificates of Citizenship
Naturalization is the process that allows eligible lawful permanent residents to become U.S. citizens through application, testing, and an oath of allegiance. Certificates of Citizenship provide proof of U.S. citizenship for individuals who acquired or derived citizenship through their parents without needing to undergo the naturalization process.
DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)
DACA provides eligible undocumented individuals who came to the U.S. as children with temporary protection from deportation and the ability to work legally. Renewal applications must be filed every two years to maintain this protection and ensure uninterrupted work authorization and deferred action benefits.
Family Petitions
Family Petitions allow U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to sponsor eligible family members, such as spouses, children, parents, or siblings, for immigration to the U.S. This process facilitates family reunification by granting visas or green cards to qualifying relatives.
Consular Processing
Consular Processing is the method for individuals outside the U.S. to apply for an immigrant visa through a U.S. embassy or consulate in their home country. It is often used for family-sponsored, employment-based, or diversity visas, culminating in lawful entry to the U.S. as a permanent resident.
Removal of Conditions
Removal of Conditions applies to individuals who received a conditional green card through marriage. To obtain permanent residency, they must demonstrate that the marriage was entered into in good faith by filing a petition within two years of receiving the conditional green card.
Services for Individuals with Refugee Status
Pricing
Pricing will be explained at the time of consultation. The initial consultation costs $55. There, the legal representative will explain both Catholic Charities’ fees and the government fees for the immigration petition.

A Message from the CEO of Catholic Charities.
At Catholic Charities, our mission is rooted in faith, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving all those who come to us for help, regardless of their background, circumstances, or beliefs.
As we face the challenges presented by new executive orders from the presidential administration, we remain steadfast in our calling to be a source of hope, compassion, and unwavering support for our communities.
No policy or political change will deflect us from our core values of inclusion, respect, and our fellowship. We are guided by the truth that every person possesses inherent dignity and worth, and our work will continue to reflect this unchanging reality.
We will face these changes with courage, collaboration, and open communication, engaging with leaders, partners, and the communities we serve to ensure no one is left behind.
Our faith calls us to serve, and our mission compels us to act. With God’s grace and the strength of our collective commitment, we will continue to provide essential services, advocate for the most vulnerable, and walk alongside those in need. Together, we will move forward without hesitation, united in love and purpose.
Thank you for supporting us.
